Cassa Grant is a leadership coach, who transforms offbeat leaders so they communicate clearly, get more buy-in, and feel great about how they’re spending their time. Previously, Cassa was the Lead Materials Manager at the National Science Foundation in which she maintained inventory accuracy for over 60,000-line items whilst motivating people she didn’t hire to do some of the toughest labour in the world (Antarctica) while navigating a large bureaucracy.
